Home-Schooling Declared Illegal in (People’s Republic of) California

An article in the March 7, 2008 edition of the San Francisco Chronicle revealed that the California Second District Court of Appeals ruled that “California courts have held that under provisions in the Education Code, parents do not have a constitutional right to home school their children.”
